Audi/VW 2.0T FSI - APR ECU Upgrade

APR is pleased to present the ultimate ECU Upgrade for the 2.0T FSI engine. After months of long nights and many hours of testing, development and more testing, we are pleased to offer you an ECU recalibration that is second to none. APR's extensive research and development provides you with a powerful ECU Upgrade with no loss of drivability or reliability. Expect huge increases in low-end torque, improved throttle response and a smoother, more powerful top end.

The APR 2.0T FSI ECU Upgrade is an expertly recalibrated engine control strategy that remaps the boost pressure, timing and air fuel ratios to provide smooth and reliable power as if intended by the OEM.

Stage I ECU Upgrade

Not only does our Stage I ECU Upgrade give you higher peak numbers of 252 horsepower and 303lb-ft. of torque, but also gains of up to 61 horsepower are available at lower rpms! APR's ECU Upgrade is the best power per dollar modification for the new 2.0T FSI and gives it just the extra edge these cars lack from the factory without pushing the limits. APR RSC 3" Performance Exhaust System

APR's RSC ™ technology is now available in the New 2.0T RSC™ Performance Exhaust System. Reflective Sound Cancellation allows for maximum exhaust gas flow while completely eliminating in cabin sound resonance (drone). RSC™ incorporates innovative technologies developed in conjunction with NASA. With limited use of packing materials and no baffles, RSC™ allows for a completely straight and free flowing exhaust path through the RSC™ mufflers. Reflective Cancellation bounces the undesirable sound waves into each other to attenuate the wave and completely eliminate the low frequency tones that create drone. Each RSC™ muffler is tuned to eliminate specific, undesirable sound frequencies allowing only the engine's desirable exhaust notes to be heard and improving performance.

APR's design specifications and manufacturing requirements result in a 3" mandrel bend stainless steel performance exhaust system unmatched by any other. RSC™ technology ensures the maximum possible performance increases from any performance exhaust system while maintaining refined and unobtrusive sound inside the cabin.

APR 2.0T FSI S3/Edition 30 Engine Conversion

APR's Transverse 2.0T FSI Audi S3 and VW Edition 30 GTI Engine Conversion Packages will upgrade your current 200hp and 207lb-ft Transverse 2.0T FSI Engine with all of the necessary OEM components from the European Audi S3 and VW Edition 30 GTI along with APR's FSI High Pressure Fuel Pump and meticulously recalibrated Engine Management to produce 355 horsepower and 368lb-ft of torque on 100 octane gas.

Reliability, drivability and enhanced performance that cannot be bested are the highlights of APR's newest OEM-component based conversion package.

APR's engineers have expertly recalibrated the engine management system to allow for nearly flat torque delivery from 2500 rpm's to 5000 rpm's which results in a smooth linear pull throughout the power band. Keeping the track enthusiast in mind, this conversion package will not result in overpowering of the driveline but will allow for smooth acceleration to easily maintain control while cornering.

ED30/S3 K04 Kit

The Borg Warner K04 turbocharger selected by VAG engineers is perfectly sized for the 2.0 liters of displacement to allow for stout horsepower numbers as the rpm's increase with no fall off as redline approaches. This ensures plenty of power in the high rpm's for continued acceleration in the straights or for shifting back into the healthiest portion of the power band at the drag strip.

Featuring APR's Patented EMCS program switching functionality and DirectPort Programming, APR's Engine Management Calibration for this conversion package allows for a range of Octane and situation specific calibrations to be installed simultaneously on your vehicle's ECU. These programs and features are able to be cycled through via your existing factory cruise control and activated in less than 20 seconds. You will be able to choose 1 to 4 of the following programs:

  • Stock Mode = OEM ECU Settings
  • 91 Octane Performance = 320hp and 320lb-ft
  • 93 Octane Performance = 323hp and 335lb-ft
