- Original VW HU with security code

Scirocco/Passat CC owners have option to upgrade to the RNS510 which has

- 30gig HDD
- Navigation
- 800x400 resolution screen
- DVD player

The best reason for upgrading to the RCD510 is that thieves dont even look at it, cos its a OEM player, they are only after the JVC/Kenwood type aftermarket players, they have no use for OEM players

Resellers wanted for Witson 723V Headunits

Demand for the 723V has picked up to the point that the Modshop now sells more units via resellers/dealers then direct sales, so if you are interested in reselling the 723v, contact me and we can meet up to discuss, will also provide specs, brochures, warranty info and the bulk price list.

There are over 2,000 VW drivers in Malaysia...large audience for the 723 :)

Solution for 723V radio reception

Dunno why it only occured to me now, but the JVC unit that piscargot installed with the VW Dual DIN conversion kit came with a active dual fakra -> single antenna jack adapter, and the JVC has no radio issues, so the adapter should work for the 723 as well. The important part is the circutry that provides power to the oem booster, which is not present in the non active adapter provided by Witson

I have ordered 1 unit to test out, keep an eye here for the update, should cost under rm95 for the adapter...damn thing has to be airflown from UK, no one else makes it

im 99% sure this will work, so all future units of 723V will come bundled with the adapter, previous buyers of the 723 can order the adapter at cost price, i will bear the shipping costs
